Booking Policies – The terms relating to appointment confirmation fees, cancellations, and additional charges. Please review these carefully before making a booking.

Mobile Mechanic – An independent professional offering auto services advertised on the mobilemechanicwalsall.com website (www.mobilemechanicwalsall.com).


C. Our Role

mobilemechanicwalsall.com acts solely as a booking intermediary, connecting customers with independent mobile mechanics. These mechanics operate independently under their own business names and schedules.

Any agreement relating to the scope of work, pricing, warranties, parts, or disputes (including charges or quality of work) is strictly between you and the mobile mechanic. mobilemechanicwalsall.com does not mediate disputes or issue refunds for completed services but can provide the mechanic’s contact details upon request.

Our role is to facilitate a smooth booking process through an up-to-date platform. Once the appointment confirmation fee is paid, the auto services are purchased directly from the mobile mechanic and not from mobilemechanicwalsall.com.


D. Service Information and Limitations

Our website advertises various auto repair, diagnostic, and inspection services carried out by independent mobile mechanics. While we provide information regarding services, pricing, and appointment scheduling, we are not responsible for the performance or outcome of the services delivered.

Mobile mechanics are not employees or agents of mobilemechanicwalsall.com and are solely responsible for the quality and standard of their work.


E. Mechanic Availability

We aim to connect you with a mobile mechanic in your local area. However, if no mechanic is available at your requested time, we may offer an alternative mechanic from a nearby location.


F. Booking Policies

Non-Refundable Fees:
Appointment confirmation fees are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking after payment.

Failure to Provide Service:
If we are unable to connect you with a mobile mechanic or if your scheduled appointment is not attended, you may request a full refund of the confirmation fee.

Sharing of Contact Details:
Your contact information may be shared with the assigned mobile mechanic solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering the service.

Cancellations Beyond Our Control:
If a booking must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as mechanic unavailability), we will cancel the appointment and issue a full refund.


G. Payment for Auto Services

All auto services are purchased directly from the mobile mechanic. Service pricing may vary depending on factors such as location, vehicle make and model, urgency of the repair, and availability of parts.

Before any repair work begins, you must confirm and agree directly with the mechanic on:

  • The hourly labour rate
  • The estimated time required
  • The cost of parts
